At OM Poshak, each dress is lovingly crafted in Mathura, the land of Lord Krishna. We want every devotee to feel joy in their Thakur Ji’s shringar. If something doesn’t fit just right, we’re here to help. 💛
⏳ Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
🧵 Eligibility
- Applies to domestic (India) orders only.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- One exchange per order.
- If pickup isn’t serviceable at your pincode, you may ship the item back yourself; we’ll adjust the fee accordingly.
- Mandir Essentials / non-woven or hard items (e.g., Pooja Thali Sets, Torans, Diyas, etc.) are not exchangeable unless received damaged or a wrong item was sent.
💰 Exchange Fees & Sizes

| Individual Dress | ₹149 | Bigger size → ₹149 + price difference. Smaller size → ₹49–₹99 (fee applies, no refund of price difference). |
| Festive Hamper / Combo | ₹249 | Bigger size → ₹249 + price difference. Smaller size → ₹99–₹149 (fee applies, no refund of price difference). |
🚚 Process
- After the exchange fee is paid, we arrange pickup (typically within ~2 business days).
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, your replacement ships in 24–48 hours.
